pm--6.25 Anasazi w/ the Chipmunk loop. Body responded like I was in a sauna. Still flushing out gamboo. Hopefully, I'll start feeling better soon. 
 

I've been doing some reading w/ a spiritual bent and finished Original Goodness by Eknath Easwaran. It's a bit of a reflection on the beatitudes filtered through mysticism.
