pm--6.5 Road to Paradise w/ some uptempo running on the way back. Nice drizzle the whole time.

pm--4.25 Vineyard w/ 5x striders after. Lots of rain lately. We can surely use it, but I miss the sun.

I finished a Hugo Award winner, Lord of Light by Roger Zelazny. It was good but not quite as fabulous as I was hoping.

pm--4.75 Harmon's trail, trying to keep the pace slightly on the side of a negative split and arriving at the gate at our exact minutes. We were like 15 seconds off. 
 

My son and I also finished Stuart Little by E.B. White. It's been fun to do some bedtime reading. Our bond is stronger because of it.

pm--6 Threshold intervals 2-minutes on, 1 off, 7 reps w/ form striders after and some barefoot on the turf. Good work today.

pm--5.25 Anasazi to the shoulder and back. Nice run, but the back's a bit twingy. I'll keep an eye on it.

am--5.5 Rim Trails fun w/ a good crew. Doughnuts and chocolate milk after.
