Turn your rut into a groove.

pm--7.5 Anasazi trailhead-to-trailhead. On the way out, there was either a headwind or a crosswind. The downhill nearly even came to a standstill. On the way back, all I had to do was lean back and enjoy the support of a tailwind. Goes to show that what seems dire one way looks like a dream the other way.

pm--4.5 SC Elementary loop w/ my neighbor. Good times in cool weather, talking about Jocko.

pm--3 Tready default. Had a fairly busy day, so I did what I could to get a run.

am--5 Morning Route. I did get up but felt sore and sluggish most of the run.

pm--6.5 Ivins and back. I felt pretty good. The weather was beautiful.

am--4.25 Anasazi to the top and back w/ Tom and Micah. Chill and chilly w/ some good chat.

I finished an interesting read that might be out there for some, An Infinty of Gods by Ray Grasse. It's a book of conversations the author had with a mystical man of Pennsylvania Dutch heritage. His name was Shelly Trimmer. They take about so many interesting things. A quick read w/ fairly accessible depths.
