pm--6 I guess you could call this a break from a break. Just wanted to get a little run in, so I went on the old Swiss Days loop from my house. Interesting happening on this run, a progressive pace--8:26, 8:14, 8:08, 8:02, 7:49, 7:41. Felt pretty good.
