pm--4 Went to the elementary school to train the kiddos for Swiss Days. My oldest ran 3 w/ out stopping. She's awesome. Got some KT tape and gave it a shot, but it ended up falling off. I'm not sure what to do. The PF is pretty sore. But more than that it's a mental let down. We'll see what happens. 

2 More about an hour later w/ a buddy. Icing w/ the frozen Coke bottle.

I'm not having much luck with the PF, hoping that maybe getting a massage will help. I've just been taking it pretty easy, but would still like to get in some good workouts before the marathon.

Hey! If there is 1 thing i learned from xc and track in high school, its to not let stuff like that get you down. Mental game, IS running. Get better, then attack it full on!
