am--4 Nice miles out on the Shinob Kibe trail and through the adjacent neighborhood w/ Kaelie and Nicole. The numbers dwindled at the end of the week w/ church things going on for many of the kids. Good first week of practice.

am--6 Ran up around SCHS. I thought about maybe trying to bust out a 1600 on the track for funsies, but I need some physical and mental work before I try that in earnest. Decent run at the end of a decent week. Patient work for consistent growth.
