pm--5.5 Ran around while the kids did some hill circuits. Getting stronger. I did some bounds and my heel is hating me.

am--1.5 Weights/Harts+. Maybe. . . I'm getting stronger. My heel was twingy when I stretched this morning. 

pm--6 Telegraph out-and-back as chill as it will get, I guess. Some girls are staying w/ the top group the whole time and pushing to greater things. On another note, kids can't be bothered to read 5-7 pages a week. :(

am--2.5 Skeleton + crew to the bushes and back.

pm--3 AC ice-cream run. We had some great costumes. Coach Decker was the most popular and iconic costume on the day. "How does he breathe through that thing?"

I also finished my annual reading of Pride and Prejudice. It really is a fun read, lots of humor and sarcasm.

am--1.5 Weights/Harts. Alli brought the humor. Py and Jess brought the dancing. 

pm--5.5 Just some running on my own, which is kind of nice sometime, before the Autumn Classic. 

I finished Eat & Run by Scott Jurek. He talks a lot about his motivations and passions. Most resonate with me. Although he's vegan, he's not too preachy. I actually enjoyed the eating aspects as much as the running aspects because this old body keeps telling me that what I eat does affect how I feel and move. I just might try some recipes in the next few weeks.

pm--7 Loop through Washington. Pace was where it needed to be. Coach B and I had a good chat.

am--6 I rode my bike to my parents' and dropped down to the Anasazi Trail. It's been a while since I've been out there. The legs and lungs need more of that. The soul could use it as well. Overall, I got about 90 minutes of movement.
