am--7.75 It's been a long time, but I was glad to get back to the reverse loop around Clary. The sun was up. Temps were nice. And I forgot my IT wrap. The leg felt great anyway. I'll probably wear the strap on every other run this week. I'm shooting for 40-45 miles this week. We'll see how it goes. 

pm--3.5 Ran from my parents up over the heights and back to my house. I'm loving the running this week. I'm confused though. Supposedly, it was in the 80s this morning at 8:30 and high 90s tonight at 8:30. But they didn't feel that much different.

am--5.5 Barefoot warm-up, core exercises, and 6X1min., 8X30sec. hills. Tough workout. The girls on the team really helped me through this. They're super tough.

am--8 This was a hard run. My whole body was fatigued, and I had a little marathon mind when you have to really try to struggle through things. I'm not sure why I'm feeling like this on what used to be a pretty routine run for me. Maybe it's just building up after some down time.

am--6.25 barefoot warm-up, core drills, and a hill workout disguised as an easy run on the trails in Coral Canyon. Then Manu and I ran a few barefoot on the grass. Felt better about life today.

am--6 I took the old Swiss Days course backwards at a moderate pace--low 8:0Xs--from my house and back. This week has ended up being a pretty good week as I start to build miles again. It's also nice to get in some quality workouts w/ the XCers.
