am--10.5 The long run out to the fields started off well, but by the time we climbed up to Telegraph again, the girls turned on the afterburners--well, maybe I was just losing it fast--and left me to limp in to the elementary. I'm not really sure why today was such a drudgefest. Let's chalk it up to Monday.

am--7.5 Ran to Hell's Hole to do some hills--4 x 1 min. and 6 x 30 sec. The hills felt decent, and the climb out of the hole wasn't too bad. (We let Stoner and Kaylee do their thing up the hill.) Then we added a few up past the town homes to the school. The Boys and Girls teams are both running well right now. I can't wait for next week to see how we stack up at this point of the season.
