am--3 Speed hike up and down the Y w/ a mile added on the BST. If I were in a different place, mentally and physically, I would've gutted it out up the trail. As it was I was cruising past people the whole way. The elevation is ~1,000 feet in a mile.

am--4.5 .5 barefoot warm-up and then a short run up to the turtle fence and back. After we had the 1st day of club camp. It was a great success. 

pm--5.5 Easy Hammer/Church loop. Starting a training program this week. I'm excited to see how it works.
