pm--4 It was good to be back running after a 10-day break. I did do some biking and rowing in the interim. Ran to SCHS and did some grass loops on the softball field. I love the feel of that grass. Erged 2k in 8:55 after. That's a good pull for me lately. 

I finished When The Emperor Was Divine by Julie Otsuka. It's historical fiction loosely based on her Japanese mother's experience in the USA during WWII. Took a while to get through this, but that says more about my life than the book.

pm--5 Green Valley Loop. I don't feel fluid at all, and my breathing is more labored than it should be. That being said, I'm back at it.

pm—3.5 Tready Miles but felt better. The groove is coming back. On another note, I'm trying out the One-Punch-Man workout—100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and 10k of running. We’ll see what it does. I already feel stronger even though I didn’t quite hit the running numbers.
