am--22.5 Took off into the hills w/ some water, trail mix, gels, and salt tabs. My goal was to hit something over 20 and try to practice what I'll use in an ultra I'm running next month. For most of the run, I used a 5:1 method of running and walking. This seemed helpful. I also tried to eat something every 30-40 minutes. Things sent great. 240 minutes.
