Got home and made a smoothie--bananas, peaches, lettuce, yogurt, carrot juice, celery, an apple, a brussels sprout, and some Magma Plus. I love healthy treats like that, but I also love greasy burgers and soda. Let's see if I can shift the balance of power to the healthy treats.
