I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--5 Some ok miles in the evening after a subnormal day. I did get 2k on the erg in 8:40. What a workout! RHR--49.
am--5.25 Harts/AC/Costco Loop. Good run this morning. I found a decent mini soccer ball near Costco, so we had a good time kicking that around. RHR--52.
pm--3.25 Lutheran Loop w/ the Senior girls. Lots of good conversation.
am--6.5 DI/AC/Running Center Loop. Had a nice chat w/ Ryno about the periodic table. RHR--49.
pm--3 Just some running w/ 10-sec. hills thrown on the end. Bench, dead, squat after.
am--5.5 Harts/AC/Costco Loop. Not much to say about the run except that every other truck was a white truck, and my quads are sore. RHR--51.
pm--3.5 Miles to double. I'm liking some of the throwback country of the last few years.
am--5.75 Pizza/AC/Sandstone Loop. The funk in my legs is dissipating. RHR--56.
pm--4.25 Light Progressive run. After a long day at a meet, I got home, chilled a bit, and mowed the lawn. Finally, I got a few miles in and some erging (2k in 8:25). Rowing intensely is a really steady, hard workout.
