I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--5.5 Rocking around the hood w/ my homie. RHR--53.
pm--6 Warm-up and cool-down w/ the kids sandwiched around their Coe Workout. I did some counter clockwise loops on the track during. The wind is really picking up this afternoon before what looks to be a cooler day or two. RHR--51.
pm--5.5 A decent run, watching the Dodgers, w/ 2 light tempo miles thrown in the mix. RHR--54.
pm--8 Canyons Kidney Loop. I felt great tonight. The breeze was chilly at first but settled down. This constitutes a long run for me right now. RHR--51.
pm--3 Simple, slow run after some tasty food.
am--6 Barrel Roll (Figure 8). I was lucky enough to get out w/ Thomas this morning. Beautiful trail; perfect day.
