I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--7.5 Farted around up on the heights, struggling with the breathing and the legs after taking a week off for a sinus infection and what I'll call life.
am--6.25 w/ neighbor Greg on the Sunbrook loop. He's coming off of an ankle injury, and, for me, it's just like starting over.
pm--6.25 Nothing like a trail run to get back into the mood. Went out on the Anasazi Trail to the Homestead and back. The 3 days back have brought some interesting aches and pains.
am--6.25 Morning run w/ neighbor Greg up into Dixie Downs. Beautiful morning.
pm--5 Ran over to my parents' in the (NB)STS--nearly-barefoot super trendy shoes--to give their new incline trainer a shot. Did 2.5 on that w/ a simulated 1000+ elevation gain. When the treadmill hits a 40-degree incline, it's quite a chore.
