pm--7 Predator run, ending in the mid-7s. #ibelieveincoyotes. Felt decent. No lower abdomen/groin pain to mention. RHR--53.

am--9.25 Figure-8 Barrel Roll w/ Sidewinder extension. I hit the Sidewinder climb out of the figure-8, so that makes for ~500 ft. of climbing in about 1.5 miles. It was a gutcheck for me at the end of things. Nice run though. Even the mornings are Springy now, mid-February. I'll enjoy it while we have it. RHR--55.
