am--7.5 Barefoot warm-up and run into Green Springs. Ran w/ Sierra and Megan. They are committed and working hard, and it shows. Sierra and I added a bit, backtracking for a few other girls.

I stole this article from Jeff Shadley's blog... take a look at it.
I was thinking that this is a similar problem that a lot of our kids have, especially the girls (maybe not the too quick of a stride rate, but the shuffle with no back kick and the arms crossing the chest).
I thought that maybe we could incorporate a few of these ideas into some sort of quick set of drills for the kids. And in my mind I see you taking the girls (especially those who care - level 2's and 3's, some level 1's) through some set of specific form running drills after you guys finish up your run. Look it over and let me know what you think. We'll talk about it tomorrow.
