I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--4 Harts (2x)/Costco Loop. Did some running around the team's workout this morning.
pm--5 Nice, little aerobic run. Coach and I thought it was time to get 45-50 minutes. Weights after w/ the tough Addi.
