am--14 Nice meditative run. Between the 5kish miles on Thursday and the 10 in the hills yesterday, I was running on tired legs this morning. Went from my house over Anasazi Trail to Anasazi Valley and back. Tried out some different gels and the 101s. The gels and smooth and thin--Honey Stingers--and the 101s feel like more shoe than the 100s. I love the feel of the 100s, but they tend to bring soft spots running on uneven trails. The 101s stabilize the foot a bit more, which is good. Nice run out of the box. Had some Iron & Wine, Joanna Newsom, and Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros.
