Do you need an extra "coach?" I need some running friends or my motivation will get worse than it already is. By the way, how was the gatorade at your camp? OH and Jeff's baby was born this morning. Ryder Jeffrey Gardner. He's a proud papa. 17lbs 6oz 19in long so wish him a congrats when you get a chance.

Come out. 7:00 A.M. @ Washington Elementary. The Gatorade was awesome. Too bad we couldn't bathe in it. We need to get those Saturday long runs going.

That's cool about Jeff. Thanks for letting me know. Hopefully, for his wife's sake, you accidentally added a 1 in front of the 7 in the poundage department.

I'm in Pine Valley for as long as I can until I have to be at school. So I'll have to see about hooking up Saturday for a long run and with you guys during the week sometime. Yea, only 7 lbs not 17, that would have been a mess.
