am--6 Some laps around the track at the run-a-thon. I switched directions every miles. That helped because the kids were hitting 400s for the dash for cash. It's lame to get passed relentlessly. An interesting data point: my against-the-grain miles were noticeably faster than my go-with-the-flow miles.
