am--9 Sugar Loaf long run w/ some 5-min. + pickups at progressively faster paces. I flipped w/ the freshies--it was fun to push w/ them--then ran back to meet the others. My leg really started feeling the pace and push, but I can't really pinpoint what's causing the pain. It almost feels like something at the lower insertion of the hamstring. I may have to take a few days off. I was limping most of the day. Also, had a chance to push the kids on the idea of a personal theme song.
