am--8.5 Ran out to Coral Canyon maintenance yard and back w/ 2 miles in the low 7s w/ Kaylee. No Garmin for exact pace. I just know that it was the pace that starts out slightly uncomfortable and makes you work to hold on at the end. The CC hill wasn't bad either way today.
