am--5.5 A few loops for the warm-up and then some nice grass miles. We had a nice little group today until Lady Boyer went into Beast Mode.

pm--4.5 A nice Summer Solstice run w/ Tom on some single track in Little Valley. He's got a great running playground out there near his new home.

Roberts! I hope you're not reading my running blog... or actually.. there's nothing to read! Haha. I've been super lazy updating and i apologize! I just wonder if there's any possibility you could send me some practice schedule? I'm planning on running a 10K in the beginning of September and then a 1/2 Marathon in May next year (maybe some more 5K's/10K's in between) and I need some help how to do my work outs! Right now everything is pretty easy.. I just go out and run. It's kinda boring too! Well.. My e-mail is: fridaanilsson_@hotmail.com so if you want to send me some I would really appreciate that!
