am--5.75 Did a little faster running this morning--3 x 6 min. @ ~7:15 pace w/ 3 min. in between. The 1st round, we had a nice group. We subsequently lost some numbers. That last interval is a gut-check. We have some pretty tough kids @ PVHS and PVMS. RHR--51.
pm--3 Slow, easy miles. My body ached all day, and, guess what, the run helped me feel better.
