pm--5 A nice little progressive run to remind the legs that they can run and to christen the new shoes that I broke in for a few days @ DLand. I had a lot of time on the way home to ogle the Mojave.

What a great place to break in new shoes. I would definitely count that as time on your feet and there is a certain element of 'running' that goes along with that adventure extravaganza know as Disneyland. Hope it was a great time. I saw some kids out running by my house the other day assumed it was XC practice but didn't see you guys out with them so maybe they were solo? Where you going to be on the 16th of June? Summer Games triathlon baby!
