am--3.5 .5 Barefoot warm-up then ran w/ the girls up the Turtle road and back. Breathing was more strained than preferred.

Got the PVHS running blog up and going - A few of the kids have made theirs and so I added them to favs.
Tomorrow I'll be there at the start, but I've got a dentist appointment. And then next week I'll still be up in SLC for Monday and maybe Tues. (unless I can talk Al into leaving earlier!).

Yeah. Things went great. We've got a good group again. I hope more kids come--they inevitably will when school starts--and others stick w/ it beyond the summer training.
